The primary focus of Building Technology Services, LLC is to provide consulting, inspection, design and certification services to residential home builders, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) contractors, homeowners, home buyers and real estate agents. These services will include consulting, testing and certification for builders and contractors interested in building to energy efficient and environmentally sound standards. These services will focus on practices that provide energy efficiency, comfort, durability, savings, moisture control and low maintenance. Some of the standards used in our services will make new homes more environmentally fitting with our mountain surroundings.
